In North Carolina patients have the right to choose your doctor. Whether you want to go to your
family doctor or the chiropractic physician of your choice, North Carolina Law 90-157.1
Free Choice by Patient Guaranteed, allows you to choose.  Sadly, two of Jackson County’s
biggest employers will not only keep this a secret from employees, but they act as if
their recommendation is the injured workers only choice. Workers Compensation studies
have shown chiropractic returns patients to work sooner and cheaper than Physical Therapy
and allopathic medicine so these discriminatory policies raise employee premiums and therefore
decrease employee salaries.
Don’t be intimidated as you cannot be fired! Come by the office and we will show you how to change your
care to the physician of your choice.

Dr. Karcher is the only chiropractic physician west of Charlotte that is chiropractically
certified in spinal trauma. He has hundreds of hours of post graduate studies dealing with auto injury.
Sadly, but importantly, every victim of auto injury should know that they can be victimized
again by the insurance companies involved. For almost ten years now, all auto accident
information is placed into an artificial intelligence computer nicknamed “Colossus.”
If the proper information is not placed into this computer you will not be reimbursed correctly.
